CRITICAL REPAIRS & MODIFICATIONS
Habitat for Humanity St. Tammany West offers families a variety of housing solutions. Through our services, we partner with families to help build or improve a place they can call home and find the financial stability and security they need for a better future.
Who is eligible?

Must own and occupy the home as a primary residence

Must have lived in the home for at least three years

Must be current on property taxes and mortgage payments

Must verify income for all household members

Total household income must not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income
NEED HOME REPAIRS?
By providing affordable home repairs, our Home Repair Program preserves homeownership for low-income residents while alleviating critical health and safety concerns. All home repairs are performed by licensed contractors and overseen by our skilled construction staff. Qualified homeowners can find help with a variety of interior and exterior repairs.
