Customer Service Representative/Cashier
Habitat for Humanity St. Tammany West is hiring! We are looking for a dynamic CSR/Cashier to work full-time in our ReStore. Position Summary: The responsibilities of the CSR/Cashier include, but are not limited to ensuring superior customer service, greeting customers, answering questions, assist in pricing and moving donations & stock to sales floor, and performing the tasks of the cashier for sales transactions.

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner

Professionally answer and forward incoming telephone calls appropriately

Serve as the cashier for sales transactions
-
Use QuickBooks Point of Sale software for sale transactions
-
Price/Process merchandise as assigned
-
Perform general housekeeping, stock and advertising of merchandise on sales floor

Keep the POS area clean and organized
-
Count the cash register at end of day; assist the Manager on Duty with all end of day procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements
