We have several ways of scheduling volunteer groups:
 
I am scheduling my group
To have a group leader schedule your entire group at once, the leader will login and create your group online, then schedule your group via our online system. The group leader will coordinate and be responsible for group member participation. When the leader provides the group members email addresses, they will automatically receive scheduled email reminders. Please visit our volunteer calendar, select the "I am scheduling my group" option at the top, and click the "SIGN UP" button where you find opportunities that meet your interests and availability.
 
My group members will schedule themselves
To let group members schedule themselves, please request from our staff an access code to ensure your volunteers will schedule themselves on the same project. This is usually used if you have a large organization where only some are volunteering, or if your organization is sponsoring a build or build dates. To set up an Access Code call or Email the Volunteer Coordinator.
