Congress has announced its intent to change that, however, and reinstate federal estate taxes sometime during 2010. What the final legislation will look like is unknown at this point. Check back later for future updates. Gift specifics and appropriate dollar amounts may vary. The information on this site is not intended as legal or tax advice.
